Dear citizens of Owensville and surrounding towns:
As I drive thru these towns I find most properties are well maintained. There are some exceptions in which the occupants of these properties should take more pride.
I see a few yards overgrown, trash thrown around, junk automobiles, trash bags from fast food restaurants, and other items. I feel that the occupants are just careless or outright lazy. Our small town needs your help.
Why cigarette butts, trash bags, and other items are thrown around along with some rental properties poorly cared for should be an embarrassment to the occupants of these properties and the owners. We do not live in a third world country. Please help clean it up.
