Mildred Marie Bock, 89, Owensville, passed away Friday, May 10, 2019, at Frene Valley Healthcare in Owensville.
She was born July 2, 1929, to Lawrence E. and Cecelia M. (Brown) Scego, at Owensville.
She was united in marriage to Raymond A. Bock, June 14, 1947, at Port Hudson.
Mildred was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Owensville, Our Lady’s Sodality, VFW Ladies Auxiliary and Owensville Garden Club.
She was preceded in death by parents, Lawrence and Cecelia; husband, Raymond; and brother, Daniel Scego.
She is survived by children, Marilyn Rademacher and husband Charles of Owensville and Ken Bock and wife Diane of Cave Creek, Ariz.; sisters, Evelyn VonBehren of New Haven and Geneva Overschmidt of St. Peters; sisters-in-law, Mabel Scego of Washington and Mildred Bock of Owensville; grandchildren, Keith Rademacher and wife Shaylee, Daryl Rademacher and wife Crystal, Adam Bock and wife Samantha and Lezlie Macchiaroli and husband Dominic; and great-grandchildren, Emma, Colton, Ellaena, Mackenzie and Harm Rademacher, Anastasia and Zoey Bock and Evolet Macchiaroli.
Visitation will be (today) Wednesday, May 15, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Gottenstroeter Chapel in Owensville.
A mass of Christian burial will follow at 1 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Owensville with Fr. Wayne Boyer officiating. Entombment will be in Gottenstroeter Mausoleum. Memorial contributions suggested to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
