Off-roading at park results in charges of property damage

The truck was stuck in a drainage ditch last Tuesday after two drivers took turns driving around park grounds. Due to the distance from a road, a towing company was unable to retrieve the vehicle. The following day city workers used a skid-steer to pull the truck out of the mud. According to the Gasconade County Sheriff’s Department, the driver of this 1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, identified as Brandon Glenn, 19, of Owensville, told his parents the car had broken down and was parked along Shockley Road, about 7 miles northwest of town.
