etta Kohlbusch, 28, of Bland, turned in front of a westbound car driven by Christopher Davis, 21, Owensville. Limberg and Tyler Limberg were passengers of Davis.
"I knew we were going to hit," said Tyler Limberg, a backseat passenger. "I just closed my eyes." Kohlbusch was reportedly attempting to turn north onto Highway 19 against a "yellow caution arrow" and struck Limberg's car head-on. Kohlbusch and her passenger, Michael Carpenter, were transported by ambulance for medical treatment at Mercy Hospital Washington. Injuries were listed as "minor to moderate."
