Using chain-rigging units, sliding from the Owensville power plant's "I" beams, Harold G. Butzer, Inc., employees on Nov. 29 lifted, turned, and lowered the city's two Caterpillar generators off their concrete pad and onto a track system. Each unit weighs 16 tons.
