OHS advances eight to sectional track

Previously set back in 2001 by the Dutchgirl 4x800-relay team of Leah Hempelmann, Miranda Knight, Christa Sperling and Brandi Penberthy, they saw their over decade old record broken Saturday during the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) Class 3 District 5 Track Meet at St. Francis Borgia Regional High School. Setting a new school record 4x800 time of 10:09.18 was the Owensville High School freshmen foursome  (above, from left) of Kristen Charboneau, Emily Ellis, Hannah Baehr and Emily Koepke.
