Arthur Lincoln Langenberg, 95, Rosebud, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 12, 1925, to George and Laura (Buehrer) Langenberg in Rosebud.
He was united in marriage to Velma Dickens May 29, 1948, at Leslie United Methodist Church.
Arthur had served his country with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of Rosebud Methodist Church. He enjoyed building and flying gyrocopters, gardening and repairing organs at various churches. He did private projects as he made his own lake, built his shed, garage and home. He had worked at Maverick Tube and Pea Ridge Mines.
He was preceded in death by parents, George and Laura Langenberg; brothers, Albert and Arvil Langenberg; and sister, Virginia Ross.
He is survived by wife, Velma of the home; sons, Larry of Rosebud and Michael and wife Lynn of Springfield; brother, Carl and wife Shirlene of Lincoln, Neb.; sister, Mary Alice Stranghoener of Rosebud; granddaughter, Leah Glover and husband James of Ft. Collins, Colo. and great-granddaughter, Avery Glover.
His body was cremated and private family services will be held.
