The Bistro at the Mill is now offering an assortment of deli meats and cheeses sliced to order and sold by the pound. The restaurant will also offer some of its popular side dishes in the case. Owners Jeannie and Cary Parker say they plan to eventually fill the new case with even more offerings for their customers, such as hummus, tzatziki and pasta salad. This is a significant move in a town that has no grocery store.
