Charles “Charlie” Curtis Martin, 72, Belle, passed away Thursday, Dec. 24, 2020, at his residence.
He was born April 28, 1948, to Curtis Jess and Melva (Winebrenner) Martin, in Clarksburg.
He was united in marriage to Alice Cheryl Olsen.
Charlie attended school in Clarksburg and then California. He worked for Gerhart Concrete Construction for 30 years, for Enloe Aluminum installing gas station canopies for 10 years and for the Missouri Department of Corrections as an officer for 10 years.
He was preceded in death by parents, Curtis and Melva; wife, Cheryl; and sister, Charlotte Brandt.
He is survived by children, Tina Cox and husband Wesley of Belle, Curtis Martin and wife Lisa of Holts Summit, Angelique Degraffenried and husband Daryl of Blue Springs and Kimberly Martin of St. James; and eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
No services are planned.
