David Lee Skornia, 78, Owensville, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2020, at Gasconade Manor in Owensville.
He was born April 3, 1942, to the late Aloys and Evelyn (Holt) Skornia, in Washington.
Early on in his life he farmed with this dad, then worked from 1985 to 2005 at Custom Printing/Von Hoffman until his retirement. He was a lifetime member of Gasconade County Threshers Association and was a member of St. Peter’s UCC. His many friends found him to be very delightful to be around.
He is survived by a sister, Ginnie Schoen and husband Dale; and many friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 24, at Gottenstroeter Funeral Home in Owensville with Rev. Stephanie DeLong officiating. Burial was in Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Owensville. Memorial contributions suggested to Gasconade County Threshers Association.
