Delores Fern Fisher, 87, Owensville, passed away Friday, Jan. 24, 2020, at Frene Valley – Stonebridge in Owensville.
She was born Aug. 12, 1932.
She was united in marriage to Alfred Edward Fisher, May 30, 1953, in Hermann.
Fern was a member of Owensville Church of Christ. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, staying home watching soap operas and spending time with her church family. She especially loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Alfred; and grandson, Brandon Fisher.
She is survived by sons, Roger Fisher of St. Louis and Keith Fisher and wife Ann of Rosebud; grandchildren, Michael Fisher and friend Shayla Cardwell of Wentzville, Ryan Fisher and wife Jessica of Owensville, Elizabeth Cavener and husband David of Kansas City and Jacqueline Fisher and fiancé John Randall of Kansas City; and great-grandchildren, Connor, Carson and Campbell Fisher and Vivian Cavener.
Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 27, at Gottenstroeter Chapel in Owensville with Pastor Larry Harris officiating. Burial was in Owensville City Cemetery. Memorial contributions suggested to Owensville Church of Christ.
