Eleanor “Fern” (Binkholder) Vandegriffe, 93, Oregon City, Ore., formerly of Springfield, Ore., and Denver, Colo., passed away Sunday, Dec. 5, 2021.
She was born Feb. 27, 1928, to Albert W. and Nora Ethel (Naugle) Binkholder in Rosebud.
She was united in marriage to Roy Nathan Vandegriffe, Oct. 4, 1947, in Rosebud.
Fern is survived by children Doug Vandegriffe of Bland, Nathan Vandegriffe of University Place, Wash., Glenda Saunders of Oregon City, Ore.; sister Joyce Danz; sister-in-law Audrey McKinney; brothers-in-law, Curtis Renick and Forest Danz; and three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Interment was at Willamette National Cemetery, Happy Valley, Ore.
