Florence Anna Martha Belloir, 87, Owensville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 3, 2021, at Capital Region Hospital in Jefferson City.
She was born Jan. 2, 1934, to Arnold and Hedwig (Meyer) Wehmeyer, in Washington.
She was united in marriage to John Raymond Belloir Jr., March 25, 1950, in Rosebud.
Florence was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud where she belonged to the Ladies Aid.
She was preceded in death by parents, Arnold and Hedwig; husband, John; children, Dennis Belloir and John James Belloir III; brothers, Arnold Jr., Norman, Clarence and Marvin Wehmeyer; sister, Ruth Miller; sisters-in-law, Virginia, Wilma and Geraldine Wehmeyer; and brothers-in-law, Bill Miller, Kermit Pohlmann and Lee Roy Belloir.
She is survived by sons, Ron Belloir and wife Nan of Owensville, Larry Belloir of Rosebud and Roy Belloir and Jennifer Reed of Owensville; daughter, Diane Thomas and husband Rich of Owensville; sisters, Marcie Winter and husband Melvin of Crosby, Texas, Evelyn Bohl of Rosebud and Alice Belloir of Roseburg, Ore.; sisters-in-law, Norma Wehmeyer and Eileen Polhmann, both of Rosebud; daughters-in-law, Kittie Belloir of Owensville and Gaye Lynn Belloir of Osage Beach; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private family service will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud with Rev. Tim Weiser officiating. Guests should follow covid restrictions. Masks are requested. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions suggested to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
