Frank Lipscomb,72, Dixon, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021, at Frene Valley, Owensville.
He was born Feb. 27, 1948, to Daniel Franklin and Nancy Lou (Davis) Lipscomb, in Merced, Calif.
He was united in marriage to Brenda Faye Sherrell, May 15, 1971, at Dixon.
Frank was a member of Santee Community Church near Dixon where he served as a board member for many years. He was also a member of the Dixon Chamber of Commerce. Frank owned and operated Lipscomb Business Equipment Sales and Services in Dixon.
He was preceded in death by parents, Daniel and Nancy; and siblings, Daniel, Dewey and Anna Lea Lipscomb and Joretta Daniel.
He is survived by wife, Brenda, of Dixon; children, Shawn Lipscomb and wife Jessica of Dixon and Lisa Lay and husband Kevin of St. Augustine, Fla.; siblings, John Lipscomb of the state of California, Joe Lipscomb and wife Wendy of the state of Florida, Pauline Ernst of Rolla, Elsie Trauber of the state of Idaho and Joyce Dupree of St. Robert; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Saturday, Jan. 9, in Freedom Cemetery near Dixon with Pastor Shannon Perry, Santee Community Church, officiating. Memorial contributions suggested to Santee Community Church.
