Franklin B. Nash, 81, of Gerald, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021, at Stone Bridge in Owensville.
He was born to the union of Henry Nash and Goldia (Griffin), Sept. 10, 1939, in Bonne Terre.
He received his education from Bonne Terre High School.
Franklin proudly served his country in the U. S. Army and Navy. He served in three separate wars: Korea, Vietnam and Desert Storm.
He worked as a maintenance supervisor for McDonnell Aircraft as well as St. Charles School District.
He was a member of St. Paul UCC in Gerald.
Franklin enjoyed fishing, camping, farming and being in the country.
He was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Goldia; wife, Katherine; son, Corey Nash; and niece, Marcia Perry.
He is survived by sister, Shirley Cook and husband Ronnie of Oklahoma; friend, Martha Nix and husband Daniel of Gerald; nieces, Missy Willard and husband Todd and Angie Pennington, all of Oklahoma; and other relatives and many other friends.
