Gary Ether Weirich, 77, Gerald, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022 at Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur.
He was born Nov. 23, 1944, to Ether and Katherine (Seymore) Weirich in St. Louis.
He was united in marriage to Barbara Gail Harris Aug. 28, 1976 in St. Louis.
Gary served his country with the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a member of Antioch Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by parents Katherine (Seymore) Weirich, and Ether and Jean Weirich; and wife Barbara.
He is survived by children Kara Meyer and husband Aaron of Owensville, Jeff Weirich and wife Dawn of Washington; brother Dewey Cox of Virginia; sisters Joyce Austin and husband Robert of St. Louis, Donna Williams and husband Bob of Villa Ridge; seven grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, June 4, at Antioch Christian Church, Leslie. A private family service followed with Pastor Brad Royal officiating. The cremains were interred in Weirich Cemetery.
