Harold Eschenbrenner, 79, Foristell, passed away Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021, at St. Joseph Health Center, West Lake St. Louis.
He was born March 28, 1941, to Harold and Viola Eschebrenner, in St. Louis.
He was united in marriage to Diana (Keller) Eschenbrenner.
Harold was a foreman by occupation and served in the Air National Guard. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Warrenton and Owensville Thresher’s Associations, and MOSAC Antique Tractor Pullers International Harvester Collectors Missouri Local Chapter One. He was a Bonhomme football coach.
Harold was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by parents, Harold and Viola; and sister, Judy Strothkamp.
He is survived by sons, Scott, of O’Fallon, Todd, of St. Louis, and Jon, of Creve Coeur; and grandchildren, Jordan, Keller and Tate Eschenbrenner.
Visitation is (today) Wednesday, Feb. 24, from 2:30-8 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home in Wentzville. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 25, at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran in New Melle, followed by burial in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial contributions suggested to Warrenton Thrashers or St. Paul Lutheran Church in New Melle.
