Hendrix—Kaufman vow exchange

Emily Hendrix and Jay Kaufman exchanged wedding vows Saturday, June 6, 2020, at First Baptist Church of Forsyth in a ceremony officiated by Pastor John Klockenga. A reception followed at the Atrium Wedding and Event Center in Forsyth.
The bride is the daughter of Doug and Michele Hendrix of Owensville and the granddaughter of Lois Hendrix of Owensville and the late John Hendrix and Darrell and Lynda Adams of Patoka, Ill.
The groom is the son of Myron and Kim Kaufman of Forsyth and the grandson of Marvin and Marilyn Kaufman of Atlantic, Iowa, and Barbara Hooks and the late Pete Hooks of Greensboro, N.C.
Jennifer Powers, friend of the bride, served as Maid of Honor; bridesmaids were Madi Stewart, Hannah Klockenga and Kymberlyn Davis, all friends of the bride, and Hannah Kaufman, sister of the groom.
Austin Jasper, friend of the groom, served as Best Man; groomsmen were Austin Padgett, Nick Aumiller and Casey Wallace, friends of the groom, and Cody Hendrix, brother of the bride.
Amelia LaDuke, friend of the groom, served as flower girl. Carter Lay, friend of the bride, served as ring bearer.

Due to the pandemic, the couple will honeymoon in Hawaii on their one-year anniversary.
The couple will reside in Branson.
