Owensville High School graduate Jason Crowe, Class of 2003 and local Edward Jones investment representative, was the guest speaker for the 176 honor roll students invited to a luncheon Tuesday at VFW Post No. 6133 in Owensville. Sponsors included the VFW and Auxiliary, the Men and Women of the Moose, Lakeside Book Company, Maries County Bank, First State Community Bank, Legends Bank, Stonebridge Senior Living of Owensville, and Susan Havelka. Crowe told honor students to not be afraid to “fail forward” as they take on new adventures.
