Janet Louise Steinbeck, 71, St. Elizabeth, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 15, 1951, to Manford T. and Nadine (Gehlert) White in Jefferson City.
She was united in marriage to Calvin Steinbeck Nov. 24, 1973, in Bland.
She was preceded in death by parents Manford and Nadine; husband Calvin; and brothers Terry and Stephan White.
She is survived by children Katia Steinbeck of St. Elizabeth, Erica Steinbeck of Jefferson City and Tyler Steinbeck and wife Molly of Bland; sisters-in-law Lisa White of Steelville and Susan Steinbeck of Owensville; and grandchildren Hiley Green, Kai Steinbeck, Sophia, Mason, Owen and Beau Steinbeck.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 2, at Gottenstroeter Chapel, Owensville, with Rev. Van Lahmeyer officiating. Burial was in Countryside Memorials Gardens.
Family will use memorials for St. Elizabeth R-2 Schools.
