Jerry Edward Baumgartner, 73, Versailles, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family
He was born April 17, 1948, to the late Edward and Thelma (Graff) Baumgartner in Brush, Colo.
He was united in marriage to Susan Kay Henson Aug. 1, 1971 in Ft. Morgan, Colo.
Jerry was raised in Novinger and graduated from high school there in 1966. He attended college in Kansas City and later moved to Ft. Morgan, Colo. In 1990, he moved to Missouri.
Jerry was preceded in death by parents, Edward and Thelma; and sister, Judy Bruner.
He is survived by wife, Sue of the home; children, Jerry A. Baumgartner of Versailles and Kari L. Feller and husband Bob of Linn; grandchildren, Lexi Karpowecz, Dylan LeCuru, Valerie Taylor, Brandon Vernon and Mary Jo Feller; brother, Jim Baumgartner and wife Earlene of Kirksville; sister-in-law, for whom they cared for over 28years, Joey Henson; and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
