John James Belloir III departed this life Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at his home in Osage Beach, Missouri. He had reached the age of 66 years and nine months.
He was born in Washington on Sept. 23, 1953, a son of John and Florence (Wehmeyer) Belloir.
He was united in marriage in Rosebud on Sept. 8, 1979, to Gaye Lynn Barch. After marriage, Jim and Gaye moved to Lake of the Ozarks where he was one of three owners of a steel company and then moved on to start his dock construction, repair and fabrication business. He put his heart and soul into everything he did.
Jim enjoyed hunting with his son, brothers, nieces, nephews and friends. He loved being surrounded by his friends and family working on cars and watching the races. He was kind, loving, and willing to help anyone with anything.
Jim is survived by his beloved wife Gaye Lynn, son, Jesse, and daughter, Ashley; his mother, Florence Belloir; brothers, Ronnie (Nantalie), Larry, Roy (Jenni) and sister Diane (Richard); sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law that loved him as if he were their own; many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews as well as so many friends that loved him.
He was preceded in death by his loving father, John James Belloir, Jr and beloved brother Dennis Belloir.
Funeral services were held at Goettenstroeter Funeral Home, June 27, 2020, with Pastor Tim Weiser officiating.
