Gerald’s new mayor will be Annette Justus. She defeated challenger Brad Landwehr by garnering 83 votes to his 26.
Both Ward 1 Alderman Angela Koepke and Ward 2 Alderman Corey Novotney retained their seats on the board.
All three winners will be sworn into office at a special meeting to be held Thursday, April 15, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
In the Gerald Ambulance District director for sub-district 2, Gary Koepke held on to his seat with 62 votes. Otis Schulte, who opposed Koepke, had 42 votes.
