Kenneth L. Brown, 84, Belle, passed away Monday, March 6, 2023, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Jefferson City with his grandson at his side.
He was born Feb. 25, 1939, to Lyle and Maureen Brown in Putnum Township, Ill.
He was united in marriage to Betty Wheeler, Nov. 24, 1958.
Kenneth worked for Gerloff Farms,was a carpenter for 60 years and retired from Quaker Windows as a forklift driver. He loved to hunt and fish and bring food to the table.
He was preceded in death by parents, Lyle and Maureen; wife Betty; and youngest child, Jason Brown
He is survived by children, Candy of Belle, Teresa of Ill., Dena of Owensville, and Kevin of Ill.; brothers, Carl and Dick; sisters, Patty and Dixie; 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held April 8, from 2–4 p.m. at Bland Christian Church in Bland.
