Lonnie Robert Ehlers, 66, Rosebud, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Washington.
He was born Oct. 19, 1953, to Robert and Millicent (Fisher) Ehlers, in Washington.
Lonnie was a member of Boeuff Presbyterian Church in Gerald. He enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley Davidson and spending time with family.
He was preceded in death by parents, Robert and Millicent.
He is survived by brother, Miles Ehlers of Gerald; sister, Marsha Benz and husband Mark of Hermann; nieces, Crystal Valley and husband Jeff of Leslie and Jennifer Preiss and life partner Megan of New Bloomfield; step-nieces, Cassandra Benz and significant other Jon of St. Clair and Miranda Benz of Washington; step-nephew, Josh Benz and wife Lexi of Bridgeton; great-nephews, Cole, Seth and Trey Valley, all of Leslie; great-nieces, Summit and Reddik Priess of New Bloomfield; aunt, Lavada Schulte of Sullivan; uncle, Waldo Ehlers of Washington; and other cousins and friends.
Memorial services were held Monday, June 8, at Boeuff Presbyterian Church. with Rev. Ron Koppelmann officiating.
