MSHP arrests 5 in county; 4 face DWI allegations

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports making five arrests this past week in Gasconade County —four related to driving while intoxicated charges.

At 1:18 a.m. July 31, Jeremiah P. Collins, 21, Labadie, Mo., was arrested after being clocked allegedly driving 20 to 25 miles per hour over the posted speed limit in the county. He was also cited for driving while intoxicated on alcohol. He was released on summons to appear in court.

On July 30 at 1:14 a.m., Charleton W. Prewitt, 18, St. James, was arrested on the allegation of driving while intoxicated and a lane violation. He was released on a summons to appear in court.

John A.Sehnert, 41, Ballwin, Mo., was arrested at 10:06 p.m. and placed on a 12-hour hold in the Osage County Jail in Linn on five pending charges. He was cited for failure to have two lighted headlamps, resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated on drugs, failure to driving on the right half of the roadway, and exceeding the posted speed limit by 20 to 25 miles per hour.

Tyler S. Starling, 26, Union, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. July 28 on the allegations of DWI (alcohol), for not having insurance, and operating a motor vehicle with more than two side fender lights. He was released on a court summons.

John C. King, 37, Hermann, was arrested at 12:49 p.m. July 28 on allegations of driving while suspended, for not having proof of insurance, for not wearing a seat belt, and failure to register a motor vehicle. He was transported to the Hermann police station and later released.

The MSHP also reports one alcohol-related arrest in Osage County.

At 2:54 a.m. July 30, Alexander L. Adam, 28, was arrested on allegations of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, for not having proof of insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license, and DWI (alcohol). He was transported to the Osage County Jail in Linn on the bondable offenses.
