A Bland woman charged with shooting her step-father to death in late 2018 has had her probation from a May 2018 guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance revoked.

Brooke A. Buddemeyer was transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections on June 12, according to court records.

Phelps County Circuit Judge John D. Berger issued a commitment order May 20 following a probation violation hearing for Buddemeyer. She was in custody with a $750,000 bond set in the Gasconade County case against her for the alleged first-degree murder of her step-father. She is also charged with armed criminal action.

Berger’s order to revoke Buddemeyer’s probation listed a four-year term in the DOC.

She pleaded guilty on May 24, 2018, to a class D felony count of possession of a controlled substance and received a suspended imposition of sentence with five years of supervised probation on the case from May 2017. That case was investigated by the Rolla Police Department.

At an arraignment hearing on May 17 n Hermann before Circuit Judge Craig E. Hellmann, Buddemeyer entered a plea of not guilty to the murder charge. Her case is on Hellmann’s docket for 9 a.m. July 19 for the “setting” of future proceedings.

Buddemeyer’s alleged accomplice in the November 2018 shooting death of Jesse Robbins, Aaron M. “Foozball” Lewis, is scheduled to be arraigned at 9 a.m. July 19 in Hellmann’s court in Gasconade County.

On June 6, Lewis was scheduled to be arraigned before Circuit Judge I.I. “Ike” Lamke. Lamke on June 3, however, granted a defense motion on Lewis’ behalf for a change of judge so his first-degree murder case is also now with Hellmann’s court.

Lewis remains in Crawford County. His bond was set at $500,000. Both Lewis and Buddemeyer were initially charged with second-degree murder but those charges were upgraded to first degree. Investigators said additional evidence was discovered.
