Nadine Bertha Hesemann, 90, Drake, passed away April 30, 2021, at Gasconade Manor Nursing Home in Owensville.

She was born Sept. 8, 1930, to Emil and Bertha (Lottmann) Winter near Rosebud.

She was united in marriage to Armin Hesemann March 14, 1954, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud.

Nadine was an active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where she was a member and officer of the LWML Society and taught Sunday School for many years. She was a member of the Gasconade County Bible Society, a 4-H Leader and a volunteer for many years at Gasconade Manor Nursing Home. Her life revolved around her family and tending to the family farm. She also loved to quilt, cook, garden, sew, craft, travel and read.

She was preceded in death by parents, Emil and Bertha; husband, Armin; sister and brother-in-law, Vera and Paul Wehmeyer; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Harold and Ann Hesemann.

She is survived by children, Harvey Hesemann and wife Becky of Drake, Bernice Robinson and husband Ed of Washington, Diane Deichman and husband Bill of Wellsville and Roy Hesemann and wife Karen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; grandchildren, Heather and Jeff Armstrong, Jennifer Armstrong and Luke Pearre, Carl and Melissa Hesemann, Elizabeth and Matt Stephenson, Hannah and Jonathan Van Horn, Jennifer and Chris Markham, David and Jennifer Mosinski; great-grandchildren, Caden, Maci, MacKenzie and Jenna Armstrong, Elise and Wyatt Hesemann, Aubrey Krogull, Abigail Stephenson and Makayla Markham; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be (today), Wednesday, May 5 from 4-8 p.m. at Gottenstroeter Chapel in Owensville.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 6 at 10 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud with Rev. Tim Weiser officiating. Burial will be in Owensville City Cemetery.. The funeral home requests attendees follow covid restrictions. Masks are suggested. Memorials requested for family’s choice.
