Nancy Boles, 72, Columbia, formerly of Gerald, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021, at Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Centralia.
She was born Oct. 9, 1948, in Gerald, a daughter of Raymond (Chris) Haase and Eunice Ficke.
She was united in marriage to William Ernst Boles, Aug. 31, 1966.
Nancy attended Owensville High School and Washington LPN School. She worked for many years as an LPN at University Hospital Neo-Natal ICU and later worked as a head of account payables for Blue Acres Inc.
Nancy was interested in gardening, cooking, crafting, sewing and especially baking — including breads and pies for her church.
She is survived by daughter, Christine N. Elefson and husband Brad of Indiana; son, Anthony E. Boles and wife Tracey of Tennessee; a brother, James W. Haase; a step-sister, Kay Shrum; grandchildren, Kyle and wife Kelli, Sara, Ryan and wife Katherine, Dylan and Tyler and wife Desiray; and three great-grandchildren.
Nancy was preceded by husband, William; parents, Raymond and Eunice; and a sister, Sally R. Geist.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 10, at 1 p.m. at Dripping Springs Christian Church in Columbia. Burial will be Sunday, April 11, at 2 p.m., at Woodman Cemetery in Leslie.
