A New Haven man reportedly captured in Illinois is being held without bond on a felony warrant alleging four counts of first-degree statutory rape of a minor child under 12 years of age.
Patrick M. Boland, 41, was being sought by New Haven police after Judge Mark E. Brinkmann issued the warrant March 6.
Boland is also charged with statutory sodomy-deviate sexual intercourse with a person under age 12 along with furnishing pornographic material to a minor. Charges stem from a sexual assault investigation started in mid-February 2025 by the Missouri State Technical Assistance Team (STAT). The New Haven Police Department, U.S. Marshals Office and STAT personnel were involved in the search for Boland.
