Norma Elizabeth Willoughby, 82, Vienna, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at her residence.

She was born June 9, 1938, to Floyd Ray and Matilda “Tillie” Elizabeth (Vaughan) Kinkead, at Bland.

She was united in marriage to Jake Frederick Willoughby, Dec. 24, 1954, at Vienna.

Norma was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, painting, fishing and being with family and friends. She was a devoted housewife and homemaker and was always diligent in providing for the needs of her family.

She was preceded in death by parents, Floyd and Tillie; husband, Jake; infant daughter, Cheryl Lynn Willoughby; brothers, Willard, Millard, Ralph and Floyd “Junior” Kinkead; and grandchildren, Jacob, Angela and Nicole.

She is survived by children, David Willoughby and special friend Jane of St. Elizabeth, Danny Willoughby and wife Maria of Foristell, and Donie Willoughby, Walter “Dale” Willoughby and wife Debra and Kim Eads and husband Doug, all of Vienna; five grandchildren, Dana Wansing and husband Chris, Danielle Eads and special friend Dennis Hutchison, Tyler Willoughby and wife Shay, Misty Weakly and husband Tim and Nick Willoughby, all of Vienna; five great-grandchildren, Larissa Rollins, Zachary Wansing, Alijah Mercer, Brookelynn Mercer and Oaklyn Willoughby; one sister-in-law, Pearl Kinkead of Dixon; nephews, nieces, with greats as well; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Friday, June 19, at Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna, with Rev. Clifford Wagner Jr., pastor of Christian Life Assembly Church in Vienna, officiating. Internment was in Liberty Cemetery, near Belle.

David, Danny, Donie, Dale, Tyler and Nick Willoughby served as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Doug Eads, Chris Wansing and Dennis Hutchison.

Memorial contributions suggested to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
