Gracie Brown sprints down the track in lane one during the second of seven heats in the girls 100-meter dash as part of Owensville Middle School’s season-opening track meet Monday afternoon at Dutchmen Field. Owensville competed against athletes from Union, Sullivan and Pacific. A complete recap from this meet along with high school meets last week at Montgomery County and Blair Oaks can be seen in next week’s Republican.
