Patricia Sue Zoll, 76, Owensville, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, Thursday, Nov. 26, 2020, at Eureka.
She was born Nov. 9, 1944, in Bland, the youngest child of Earl “Bud” Hanley and Fern Myrtle (Sterling) Hicks.
She married her high school sweetheart, Donald A. Hoss, Dec. 3, 1960. To this union, three children were born. Patricia later married Vincent E. Zoll, Nov. 24, 1978, at Maryland Heights.
Patricia worked as a lineman in the auto manufacturing industry. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bland. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many.
She was preceded in death by parents, Earl and Fern; her first husband, Donald; husband, Vincent; son, Jeffery T. Hoss; grandson, David H. Hoss; brothers, Dallas and Larry Hicks; sister, Carolyn (Hicks) Chapman; and nieces, Janie (Holzschuh) Nielsen and Mitzi (Hicks) Drewel.
Her survivors include her son, Timothy Tyler Hoss and wife Dawn of Fort Myers, Fla.; daughter, Donna Rachelle Mistler and husband Rick of Owensville; sister, Sandy (Hicks) Holzschuh of Bland; grandchildren, Brandi Schwab (Ryan), Tyler Hoss (Jodi), Nicholas Mistler (Makenzi), Kylee Mistler (Ronnie), Emily Hoss, Donald Hoss (Jamie) and Daniel Hoss (Ashley); great-grandchildren, Allison, Logan, Emberlynn, Tanner, Taelyn, Gabriel, Rhett, Teegan, Kinsley and Jax as well as many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 5, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) at Gottenstroeter Funeral Home in Owensville followed by funeral services officiated by Rev. Kevin Sullivan officiating. Burial will be at Bland Union Cemetery.
