Patrick Charles Jorden, 58, Leslie, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 26, 1960, to Theodore Sr. and Dorothy (Kulp) Jorden, in St. Louis.
He was united in marriage to Tracy Ladyman, May 26, 2018, at their home in Leslie.
For over 20 years, Patrick was a devoted employee of Baisch and Skinner and spread joy and beauty by delivering flowers for them and made many devoted friends along the way. He was a 5th Degree Black Belt in Wing Chun Kung Fu and volunteered teaching for 12 years, introducing over 100 students to this art form of martial arts.
He was preceded in death by parents Theodore and Dorothy; brothers, Jim and Frank Jorden; and brother-in-law, Dennis Vette.
He is survived by wife, Tracy, of the home; parents-in-law, Harold and Linda Ladyman of Gerald; children, Austin Hiatt of Union and Courtney Hiatt of Leslie; brothers, Ted “Butch” Jorden and wife Laura of Warrenton, Stephen Jorden of New Athens, Ill., Mark Jorden and wife Sue of Warrenton and Craig “Artie” Jorden of Granite City, Ill., and sister, Jana Vette of Warrenton.
Memorial visitation and services will be held Friday, March 29, at Hummingbird Club in Washington, beginning at 5 p.m. with services at 6 p.m. A meal will follow.
