Priscilla Dora Wehmeyer, 79, Rosebud, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Frene Valley of Owensville — a Stone Bridge Community.

Priscilla was born Jan. 10, 1942, to Henry and Dora (Roethemeyer) Bock, at Stolpe.

She was united in marriage to Harlan Wehmeyer, Oct. 22, 1960, at the Methodist Church in Rosebud.

Priscilla worked for Wehmeyer Mining Company, was a substitute rural mail carrier and worked for Walmart until her retirement. She then volunteered as the librarian at the Lutheran School and Gerald Library. She especially loved visiting nursing homes and making cookies for everyone. Priscilla was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud.

She was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Dora; sister, Jeannine Bock; brother, David Bock; parents-in-law, Louis and Lydia Wehmeyer; and brothers-in-law, Kenneth McCurry, Ralph Bollman and Walt Kinsley.

She is survived by husband, Harlan, of Rosebud; daughters, Melinda Kuhrts and husband Kelly and Melissa Bauer and husband Doug, all of Rosebud; sister, Ruth Depperman and husband Robert “Bob” of Owensville; sisters-in-law, Marilyn Kinsley of Rosebud and Carolyn Bollman of Falls City, Texas; five grandchildren, Eric Kuhrts and wife Laura, Elise Lemberger and husband Chris, Kyle Bauer and wife Madeline, Kristen LaGarce and husband Devin and Kory Bauer; and four great-grandchildren, Brayden and Brielle Kuhrts and Rylan and Aiden Lemberger.

Funeral services were Monday, May 17, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud with Rev. Tim Weiser officiating. Burial was at Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions suggested to Immanuel Lutheran School.
