Forty-two volunteer firemen from across the area quickly controlled a fire Friday evening which began in the Pioneer Truss Company’s saw dust trailer and spread to their “south addition” manufacturing building. “Those 42 firemen worked their butts off,” said Owensville Fire’s Assistant Chief Jeff Arnold addressing Owensville aldermen on Monday. “This is the second incident they’ve had like this. It started outside.”
