Roman Avery Ellis, 23, Bland, passed away Friday, Feb. 19, 2021, at his residence.
He was born March 4, 1997, to Robert and Christine (Tate) Ellis, in Farmington.
Roman enjoyed skateboarding, drawing, working on firearms, riding four wheelers and reading comic books.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandmother, LaVerne Sousan; maternal grandfather, Clifford Tate; and aunt, Linda Tabor.
He is survived by father, Robert Ellis and fiancé Rae Carwile of Bland; mother, Christine Tate and boyfriend Jim Lanzendorf of Cedar Hill; daughter, Adelynn Ellis of Belle; Adelynn’s mother, Haley Logan of Belle; maternal grandmother, Wilma Tate of Pevely; paternal grandfather, Oscar Ellis of Owensville; brothers, Robert Tate and girlfriend Mercedes Lansford of Bland; Ryan Ellis and wife Rebecca of Owensville; and uncles, aunts, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Memorial services were held Friday, Feb. Feb. 26, at Gottenstroeter Chapel with Pastor Daryl Lynn officiating.
