Ryan Walter Moreland, 28, Rolla, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 25, 1991, to Michael and Karen Moreland in Rolla.
He was united in marriage to Jodie Emory, Sept. 23, 2011, in Timber.
Ryan graduated high school in St. James and then went on to welding school in Tulsa, Okla. He later moved to Salem and worked at MFA. He had been employed with Pratts Lawn and Garden, Rolla, at the time of his passing.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Woody Aytes; and uncle, Jeff Aytes.
He is survived by father, Mike Moreland of St. James; mother, Karen Aytes Harris and husband Steve of Cuba; wife, Jodie Moreland; brother, Shannon Moreland and wife Emily of St. James; grandparents, Rosella Aytes of Cuba and Rainey and Tillie Moreland of St. James;
Funeral services were held Sunday, Aug. 4, at Jones Funeral Home Chapel, St. James, with Rev. Rick Pitchford officiating. Burial was in Hickory Grove Cemetery, Vichy.
