Sharon “Lokilani” Marie Wheeler, 79, of Owensville, Mo., passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 26, 1942, to James and Joyce (Leibig) Lee in Honolulu, Hawaii.
She was united in marriage to William Clifford Wheeler Oct. 22, 1961, in Honolulu.
Sharon was preceded in death by parents, James and Joyce; husband, William; and sister, Dinah Goeas.
She is survived by children, William Wheeler and wife Valentina of Virginia Beach, Va.; James Wheeler and wife Laura of Hermann, Dianna Wehmeyer and husband Brian and Carl Wheeler and wife Connie, all of Gerald, and Lucinda Wheeler of Owensville; siblings, James Lee and wife Marina of Hawaii, Donna Bower and husband Neal of Oregon and Johnny Lee of Hawaii; and by 20 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 13, from 1-2 p.m. with memorial services following, all at Cornerstone Church, Owensville, with Pastor Dan Maxwell officiating. Please observe covid restrictions. Masks are suggested.
