Sherill Sharlene (Squires) Gonzalez, 65, Owensville, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur.
She was born June 19, 1955, to Benjamin Allen and Patricia Catheryn (Weir) Squires, in St. Louis.
She was united in marriage to Antonio Gonzalez, July 2, 1994.
Sherill enjoyed fishing, reading V.C. Andrews novels, watching mystery shows and paint-by-number paintings.
She was preceded in death by parents, Benjamin and Patricia; sisters, Sandra Squires and Sharon Bishop; brother, Bryant Squires; grandson, Zackery Lee; and son-in-law, Ryan Yarham.
She is survived by husband, Antonio, of Owensville; son, Mikel Fudge and wife Tina of Owensville; daughters, Wilma Yarham of the Ozarks and Sonya Portell and husband Tim of Potosi; sisters, Madonna Lansing and Victoria, all of Las Vegas, Nev.; brother, Michael Squires and wife Sherri of Robertsville; and 15 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Her body was cremated and no services are planned.
