If you’re looking for anyone in Gasconade County Friday night, they will more than likely be at Dutchmen Field witnessing Owensville’s Dutchmen and Hermann’s Bearcats battling for the Gasconade County Bowl trophy.

Owensville currently leads the all-time series 29-21-1.

They will also be looking to knock Hermann from the ranks of the unbeaten.

Hermann is 4-0 with wins over Montgomery County, South Callaway, Cuba and St. James.

Bearcat quarterback Trent Lampkin leads Hermann with 242 yards passing and five touchdowns while Connor Coffey leads the Bearcat rushing attack with 480 yards rushing and seven scores.

Jackson Chasteen leads the Hermann defense with 22 total tackles while Brady Grosse has a team-high four sacks.

Answering the Bearcats will be Blake Elliott at quarterback, Tanner Meyer as the lead running back and Garrett Crosby as OHS’ leading receiver.

Sophomore Jaden Gerlemann leads the Dutchmen with 46 total tackles.
