Development of the Owensville Veteran’s Memorial Park at the corner of South Fourth and West Jefferson is progressing despite the onset of early winter-weather conditions. The five stone circles representing each branch of the armed forces have been established in the past week. The park is scheduled for a grand-opening ceremony which has been pushed back until 2 p.m. April 28, 2019. Construction of the park site is being directed by Harry Kellmann.
