Vivian Lorene Schulte, 81, Owensville, passed away Saturday, Aug. 15, 2020, at Capital Regional Hospital in Jefferson City.

She was born May 1, 1939, to Frank and Florence (Holzschuh) Wehmeyer, in Owensville.

She was united in marriage to Arlin Lewis Schulte, Oct. 21, 1961, at First Baptist Church in Owensville.

Vivian was a member of First Baptist Church where she volunteered in the church nursery for many years. She also volunteered at Gasconade Country Historical Society Museum in Owensville. She enjoyed traveling, going to auctions, yard sales, going to Owensville Senior Center, playing bingo and enjoyed her time at “55 and older” with her friends and just being on the go.

She was preceded in death by parents, Frank and Florence; husband, Arlin; brother, Elvin Wehmeyer; and sisters, Velda Branson and Wanda Haddox.

She is survived by daughter, Lori Limberg and husband Farren of Owensville; brother, Frank Wehmeyer and wife Norma of Owensville; sister, Norma Schulte and husband Elmer of Owensville; and grandchildren, Jacob Limberg and wife Holli, Amanda Ogunjobi and husband David and Olivia Limberg.

Funeral services will be (today) Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Owensville with Rev. Kevin Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Countryside Memorial Gardens. Masks are requested but not mandatory.
