Who was it who said “ if they (Democrats) had things, level of voting, that if you ever agreed to it, you’d never have a Republican elected in this country again.”
That was Donald Trump.
Does he believe in Democracy? What is supposed to happen in this country is expansion of voting. However, what do we see? Attempts to restrict voting rights. With no proof of corruption, they want photo ID, restricted early voting and absentee voting.
Look at the abomination in Wisconsin. Even with the Covid-19, Republicans fought vigorously, even going to the State Supreme Court, to restrict voting.
Result?
In Milwaukee (population 600,000) only five polling places? Disgrace to democracy!
Do we really want a constitutional democracy?
Some apparently do not.
