No one should pay any attention to a Democrat who is promoting the impeachment of President Donald Trump unless they can say that they did not vote for Hillary Clinton in the last presidential election.
The reason is simple. Clinton did two things. She broke the law and her campaign used help from a foreign government to dig up dirt on Donald Trump.
FBI Director James Comey said they “did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information.”
Note the word intended. That means she did break the law.
Try that the next time a state patrolman pulls you over. Tell him/her you didn’t know you were breaking the speed limit and see how far that gets you. Ignorance does not protect you from the law.
Comey went on to say “only a very small number of the emails contained classified information.”
Of course. Presidential candidate Clinton instructed her IT team to use BleachBit to destroy 33,000 emails after receiving a subpoena for the server.
No one was charged for destroying evidence.
Comey’s excuse for not sending the results of his investigation to Attorney General Loretta Lynch was that he knew of no one that would put Clinton on trial.
That was not his job. His job was to investigate criminal wrong doing and turn over the evidence to the attorney general. But of course then Lynch would have found it embarrassing when she would have refused to charge her friend Hillary — especially after she had just held a private meeting with Bill Clinton on his jet, something no honest and upright prosecutor would ever do.
Trump’s accusers claim that he was trying to “dig up dirt” on a potential political opponent, Joe Biden, with help from a foreign country.
Amazingly, that’s exactly what Clinton did. According to a lengthy investigative piece by Politico in Jan. 2017 Ukrainian government officials tried to help Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office. They also disseminated documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter. And they helped Clinton’s allies research damaging information on Trump and his advisers.
I refuse to listen to any Democrat complain about their list of Trump lies unless they categorically oppose lead house impeachment manager Adam Shift for his lies against Trump.
Shift said numerous times that he has unrefutable proof that Trump colluded with the Russian government to influence the 2016 election. If he did, I assume that it was his duty to turn that evidence over to the Mueller Investigation —which found no evidence of collusion with Russia.
Since his evidence has never materialized I can only assume that he was lying every time he said that.
Shift is not the only Democrat to lie about Trump.
Why should anyone ever pay attention to Democrats who complain about Trump abusing his power by having Joe and Hunter Biden investigated, more than a year before the election, when the FBI, under the Obama’s administration, used fraudulent information to ask the FISA Court to spy on Carter Page, a member of Trump’s election committee during the 2016 election.
Again no one involved with this abuse of power, including James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Dana Boente or Rod Rosenstein, have been charged with anything. I would not be surprised to find out that President Barack Obama knew and authorized this.
No Democrat who is calling for the impeachment of Trump for a quid pro quo -— which could not have happened since the Ukrainians did not investigate the Bidens and they did receive their funds —when
Joe Biden has admitted to a quid pro quo on live TV when he bragged about how he threatened the Ukrainian government with a loss of funds if officials didn’t fire a prosecutor looking into the corrupt firm that employed his son.
If it’s permissible for Trump to be investigated by Mueller for two years — with no evidence of wrong doing — why it is wrong for the Bidens to be investigated?
Only two things you need to know about the impeachment of Trump. He has not been charged with breaking any crime and the house Democrats brought forth 17 witnesses in their sham of an investigation and non of them —zero, nada — had first hand knowledge of any wrong doing.
In other words all they had was hearsay, which is inadmissible as evidence in a court of law.
Imagine being charged with a serious crime and there are no witnesses and no hard evidence, only people who don’t like your politics.
