To the Editor:
Congratulations to Donald Trump!
He can insure his re-election and punish Democrats at election time with a resounding victory for himself and Congress. He says his family is suffering through the impeachment process.
He can calm their worries.
How? He can have a type of Roosevelt “fireside chat” where he plays the full tape of his “perfect” phone call to President Zelensky. I think we would all appreciate the beauty of the tape. We would also eliminate all worry about “hearsay evidence.”
Why does he not insert the dagger — if he is telling the truth?
Who would not avail himself of the golden opportunity?
