Alan Wayne Brown, 68, of Owensville, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021, at University Hospital in Columbia.
He was born March 2, 1953, to Bunyan Jr. and Peggy (Norris) Brown in Selma, Ala.
He was united in marriage to Patricia Elaine Owsley May 16, 1980, in Montgomery, Ala.
Alan was a member of St. Louis Bible Fellowship Church. He and Trish moved to Owensville in August of 1992 to help minister at Circle J Ranch.
He was preceded in death by parents, Bunyan and Peggy; and brothers, Robert and Charles Brown.
He is survived by wife, Patricia of the home; daughters, Tracy Thomas of Owensville and Jessica Crull and husband Nathan of Bland; sister, Kathi Harvey and husband David of Mobile, Ala.; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Rick and Fay Owsley of Hermann; sister-in-law, Teresa Brown of Orange Beach, Ala.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
His body was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
