Brenda Kay Sieckmann, 80, of Owensville, passed away Monday, March 11, 2024, at Stonebridge of Owensville.
She was born Aug. 13, 1943, to Raymond and Agnes (Czeschin) Price in Washington. Raymond was killed in action in Italy in 1944. Her mother then married Stewart Clark when Brenda was very young.
She was united in marriage to Harvey Sieckmann, Nov. 6, 1961, at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Owensville.
Brenda attended First Baptist Church in Owensville. She enjoyed word search puzzles, playing bingo, listening to Elvis, watching TV game shows, especially Family Feud, and attending her granddaughter’s activities and visiting with friends.
She was preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Agnes; the father who raised her, Stewart Clark; and son, Mark Sieckmann.
She is survived by husband, Harvey of their home; daughter, Kim Angell and husband Bryan of Owensville; daughter-in-law, Brenda Minter and husband Lewis of Sharpsburg, Ga.; and granddaughters, Beth Sieckmann of Sharpsburg, Ga., Becca Sieckmann of Arlington, Va., and Mercedes Angell of Cape Girardeau.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, March 13, at Countryside Memorial Gardens with Rev. Kevin Sullivan officiating.
