Charlie Dean Bell, 10, Hermann, passed away on April 14, 2026.
She was born on March 11, 2016.
She was preceded in death by mother, Rachel B. Elbert.
Charlie is survived by loving father, Jason A. Bell; siblings, Nicholas and Zayne Bell, Genesis Stockton-Bell, Mathew and Patrick Connelly and Jacob, Noah and Gabriel Elbert; and grandmother, Betty Bell.
A memorial service was held Saturday, May 2, at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home in Hermann.
