Connie Lynne Kenny, 72, of Caseyville, Ill.,
formerly of Owensville and St. Louis, passed away Sunday, Sept. 3, 2023, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Ill.
She was born May 24, 1951, to William Gill Sr. and Minnie (Nash) Gill in St. Louis.
Connie most recently enjoyed reading, researching her ancestry online, watching a good movie and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren and children. In the past, her hobbies were reading, taking a ride, visiting loved ones, music, fishing, putting down some cold ones and an occasional trip to the casino.
She is survived by son Kevin Cook, daughter Kelly (Cook) Barrera, significant others Kara and Fernando respectfully; grandchildren Gabby, Ryan and Mia; brother, William Gill Jr. and wife Lynne and their children; sister, Sue (Gill) Jenner and husband Robert and their children; including beloved nephew, Frank Sanders.
